1) Customer Care Executive:

Who can handle multiple works such as handling queries, scheduling appointments, making reports in MS Excel, emailing clients and other related tasks.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Manage and schedule appointments with clients.
• Handle all calls related to the customer queries.
• Maintain an excel report daily.
• Responding to customer queries quickly via call, email and chat process.

Qualifications and Skills

• Knowledge of Ms Office
• Average Typing speed
• Multitasker
• Confident
• Good command on communication skills

2) SEO Executive:

We are looking for an experienced SEO Executive who has minimum of 1 year of experience with these qualities:

• Experience with SEO Tools: Google Analytics, Google Webmaster Tools.
• Onpage SEO: Analyzing the site and its pages for better meta titles, description, image alt tags, h1, h2 headings etc.
• Should know how to improve website's ranking organically.
• Experience with various link building practices like social bookmarking, classified submission, profile links, local business listing, article submissions.
• Must have knowledge about schema optimization and other related works.
